If you are looking for a great place to take a vacation during the summer, you should seriously consider Fort Lauderdale. The reason that I know Fort Lauderdale is a great place to take a vacation during the summer is because I spent ten days there last summer. With beaches filled with soft sand and gentle ocean breezes that blow throughout the day, spending time in Fort Lauderdale is honestly like being in paradise.

Although I spent a lot of time relaxing on the beach while I was in Fort Lauderdale, I also found time to check out a lot of the other great activities that this city has to offer. From golfing to the Downtown Riverwalk to Butterfly World, if you are looking for something to do while you are in Fort Lauderdale, you won’t be lacking for choices.

Because there were so many different things I wanted to do in Fort Lauderdale, I reserved a car rental online before I left for my trip. When I arrived, I was able to easily pick up my rental car from the Fort Lauderdale airport.
